Frank Titus has spent his entire career asking one question: Why are people still in pain when there are so many treatments available?
The answer, he discovered, is that most treatments only address symptoms. They manage pain instead of eliminating it. After earning his MS in Exercise Physiology from Indiana State University and working as Assistant Director at The Egoscue Method Clinic in San Diego, Frank developed Titus Motion Therapy—a method built on one principle: find the root cause of pain and correct it through targeted movement.
Over three decades and thousands of clients later, TMT has an over 95% success rate. Frank works with clients in-person at his Los Angeles practice and virtually with clients around the world, from Europe to New Zealand.
This isn’t Frank’s job. It’s his mission. Every client who walks in defeated and walks out with hope is why he built this practice.
